Scott Walker, P.E. – Principal
Scott has over 20 years of transportation engineering and construction management. He has served as project manager, resident engineer, structures representative, construction scheduler, estimator, structure and roadway inspector on complex multi million dollar public infrastructure projects. Scott has been Construction Manager for more than 100 street, highway, bridge, retaining wall, railroad, recreational facility, and commercial projects. Scott is a California Registered Civil Engineer, and has a BS in civil engineering from California State University , Long Beach .
Ed Miller, Jr., P.E., T.E. – Principal
Ed has 25 years of professional experience in transportation planning and engineering. He has prepared traffic control plans, coordinated traffic surveys, prepared signage and striping plans, and provided liaison with the California Department of Transportation. Ed has also managed large railway improvement projects, railroad undercrossing projects, and grade separation studies, street widening projects, designed highway interchange improvements, and developed grading plans for large highway construction projects. Ed has provided traffic planning and engineering for Caltrans, John Wayne Airport, the Port of Long Beach, and the cities of Anaheim, La Habra, Orange, and Placentia. He has a B.S. in civil engineering from Pennsylvania State University; is a registered civil engineer in California, Arizona, Maryland, and Alabama; and a registered traffic engineer in California.
